    Petrona Aesthetics' business hours are from Tuesdays to Fridays: 11:00 am - 5:00 pm EST ​ Therefore, any inquiries and/or emails made on Saturdays, Sundays and Mondays will be replied to in 24 - 72 hours from the next business day. ​ PA will not be available on holidays or holiday weekends.

  • How long does it take for Petrona Aesthetics to start working on my order?
    You can expect Petrona Aesthetics to start working on your order around 2-4 days after your order is placed. The order processing time starts with an onboarding email to your inbox which will contain a Service Contact & Creative Brief. Once the Service Contract & Creative Brief is completed in a timely manner, the design process of your order will commence.
  • What is Petrona Aesthetics' turnaround time?
    Turnaround time varies for each product. For details, please read product descriptions. The dispatch times listed are general/average turnaround times. ​ Please note that there are no rush fees available at this time.

  • Is shipping involved?
    All digital products will be delivered to you via email or cloud storage. ​ All physical products (i.e., business cards and other business marketing materials) will be delivered to you via mail using our partnership with
  • What happens after I put in my order?
    A confirmation email confirming your order will be sent to you once your order is submitted. The email will contain a Service Contract and a Creative Brief.
  • What happens after I purchase a physical product?
    ​After you purchase your physical product, you will get a confirmation with tracking information regarding the shipment of your item(s).
  • How many revisions do I get?
    You will get one free revision. Any further revisions come with a fee. ​ **Revisions are NOT an entirely new design.**
  • What if I want to completely change a design of a digital product?
    Changing a design will come with a fee. An invoice will be sent to your inbox once the design change is agreed upon by both parties (Designer & Client).
  • How many photos and/or videos do I submit to you?
    As long as the project calls for photos and videos, you can submit as many pieces of visual content as you please. The more options you provide, the merrier, as this gives Petrona more content to work with.
  • I don't have a vision, how can you work with that?"
    I urge you to take the time to figure out what kind of brand personality you desire. Having an idea of what you want helps the design process go smoothly and ensures that your brand is an authentic idea.
  • I can't settle on a colour palette for my design, what should I do?"
    ​If you don’t have a colour palette feel free to experiment with online colour palette generators and send me the hex codes for the colours you want: ​ ​ Each colour has its own power.   • What kind of photos and/or videos do I submit to you?
    Please avoid submitting grainy or blurry images. Submitting high quality images will ensure that your package looks professional and polished. We encourage you to have a brand photoshoot in order to provide clean photos that are unique to your business.
  • When do I get a chance to express the type of design I want?
    You will get a chance to express the type of design you want in the creative brief provided in the confirmation email sent to you after we received your order. In the creative brief, you will be able to express the style/aesthetic of your business brand or persona, the colour scheme, tag lines, inspirations, etc.
  • What do you need from me to start my order?
    In addition to filling out the creative brief, I also need your patience, co-operation and communication.
